Most qualified and certified group fitness instructors know how to provide a great safe and effective workout for their participants. And this is extremely necessary! But this training is about assisting instructors in going beyond the physical workout to create deeper, long-lasting positive connections.

When you create authentic connections with your community of participants and learn how to inspire them versus just motivate them, they’ll go out of their way to make sure they don’t miss your class. And then you have yet another opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of another human being.
